Ultimate Aircraft Services, was incorporated in September 1998. Even though the company is new, the owner, Earl Covel is not new to this business. He has been delivering aircraft world wide since 1975, and has Type Ratings in Lears, Citations, Beechcraft 300 & 1900, also attends SimuFlite and Flight Safety annually.

Ultimate Aircraft Services is located at the Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport, in Mena, Arkansas, a picturesque area surrounded by the Ouachita Mountains. It is about 100 nautical miles west of Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Mena Airport is well known as a refurbishing center, with paint, interior, engine, avionics, and heavy maintenance facilities. With the opening of the new runway, the airport and supporting facilities can accommodate aircraft up to 300,000 lb. (dual tandem), 200,000 (dual), and 75,000 (single).
